Greg Gerlach

Greg has a background deeply rooted in business management. He has over a decade of experience in disaster restoration and insurance. He served as a project manager for Service Master, a restoration company. Greg was also a multi-line claims adjuster for ACE, specializing in the Rain & Hail, Farm & Ranch division. Through handling significant property and casualty claims for farm and ranch policyholders across the United States, Greg gained valuable insights into the intricacies of the claims process, developing expertise in strategy and settlement negotiations. Greg continued his career by managing estimation and production departments for a local roofing company. However, feeling a calling to directly serve communities and clients, Greg joined a public adjusting firm in 2014 as the Director of Project Management. In this role, he undertook responsibilities involving the investigation, planning, and estimation of commercial building and HOA projects.

 

Greg then joined Hammersmith Construction Services, and expanded his experience in managing multi-trade construction projects within the HOA industry. Greg became the Director of Hammersmith Roofing, Director of Hammersmith Construction Services, and the National Roofing Director for Real Manage, serving 3,500 HOA communities across 19 states in the US. Drawing on their extensive experience and a deep-seated commitment to community well-being, Greg and Justin established ProPoint Construction Services. The business provides consistency to the market, leveraging the unwavering dedication and expertise of a loyal crew and team. Greg holds a Class B General Contractor License, reflecting his expertise in the field.

In 2010, Justin entered the dynamic realm of the Community Association industry, embarking on a journey that has seen him successfully manage numerous Homeowner Associations for several years. His extensive experience has provided a profound understanding of the intricacies involved in overseeing Homeowner Associations and the unique challenges faced by dedicated Board members striving to lead their communities effectively.

 

Over the course of more than 25 years, his professional background has encompassed various facets of the real estate landscape, including general real estate, new home sales, construction, and Community Association Management. This diverse experience has equipped him with a comprehensive perspective that proved invaluable in the role of Business Development Manager for two of the largest HOA community management companies in Colorado.

 

Driven by a genuine passion for the people within the industry, Justin firmly believes in the power of exceptional customer service, which he strives to deliver through continuous communication and fulfillment of deliverables.
